How many ice cubes does the Ice Genie make?

 Ice Genie makes 40 cubes per round. The container itself can hold up to 120 ice cubes!  

How long should I freeze the Ice Genie before my ice cubes are ready?

 To ensure the water is fully frozen, we recommend freezing the Ice Genie 4-6 hours. 

What do I do if my Ice Genie leaks when I pour water into the outer chamber?

 A good way to ensure that there is minimal leakage from the outer chamber is making sure that the sleeve is fully pushed down. 

There is a gap at the very bottom of the sleeve to the bottom of the chamber, is this correct?

 Yes, this is correct. The bottom of the sleeve has small prongs that make the sleeve easier to remove once frozen. The Ice Genie is designed that the water seal is along the outside of the sleeve, not the bottom. 

How can I wash the Ice Genie?

 You can wash it by hand with warm soapy water or on the top rack of your dishwasher.
